Michelle Pass, lpc, lmft

Michelle Pass is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Michelle earned her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy at John Brown University. She is trained in various methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Equine Assisted Therapy. 


Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings including day treatment, school-based counseling, community mental health, and private practice. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families and couples for over a decade who are dealing with a variety of mental health and relational issues. Michelle excels in working with clients struggling with issues including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and coping with stress. 


Michelle works from a person centered, collaborative, strengths-based therapeutic approach to help clients acknowledge the various unique contexts which impact their lives, connect with their strengths, and learn new ways to improve overall well-being. Her empathy and warmth help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal. Therapy looks different for all individuals, and she works together with the individual to create a plan to reach their specific goals.
