Dr. Donala Jordan

Donala K. Jordan, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist in the state of Arkansas. He is the principal of Jordan Consulting and Psychological Services, PLLC, a specialized private practice that provides psycho-legal evaluations and expert opinions for criminal and civil court cases. Dr. Jordan's theoretical perspective is fundamentally psychodynamic (object relations) in nature, through which he conceptualizes his evaluations. He is also a Designated Psychologist for the Department of Energy, where he provides expertise in psychological matters related to the department's activities.

Dr. Jordan's clinical and research interests encompass a wide range of areas, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, integrated healthcare and behavioral medicine, and advocating for the application of psychology in policy and community engagement. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Jordan enjoys various non-clinical activities such as painting, visiting art galleries and museums, hiking, flying high-quality kites, and exploring different types of whiskey.

His educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral psychology internship and post-doctoral psychology training at South Arkansas Regional Health Center in El Dorado, AR. Additionally, Dr. Jordan is an alumnus of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Citizens Academy, indicating his involvement in community and law enforcement engagement.
